Pumpkin Pie

1 cup white sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 15 oz can pumpkin
1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
2 eggs
2 -9 inch unbaked pie crusts

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F

Combine the sugar, salt, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, pumpkin puree,
evaporated milk and eggs; blending until smooth. Pour batter into
the prepared unbaked pie shells.

Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes then lower oven temperature to
350 Continue to bake for about another 40-50 minutes or until pie
is firm.

Makes 2-9 inch pies
