MOONBEAM PUMPKIN PIE

2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 3/4 cup canned pumpkin
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
1 2/3 cup evaporated milk

9-inch pie shell

Combine ingredients in order given: eggs, pumpkin, sugar, brown
sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, evaporated milk and milk. Mix well.
Pour into shell. Bake at 450 degrees for 15 minutes; reduce heat
to 350 degrees and continue baking for 45 minutes or until done.
