Pumpkin Pie
nut crust
4 oz apricot preserves
1/2 c sugar
1 tbsp sugar, brown, packed
1 tsp cinnamon, ground
1/2 tsp ginger, ground
1/4 tsp nutmeg, ground
1/8 tsp cloves, ground
1/4 tsp salt
1 c pumpkin puree
1/2 c whipping cream
1/3 c sour cream
2 lg eggs
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Spread the apricot preserves over the bottom of prepared nut crust.
Mix all ingrdients together until well blended and pour over
preserves.
Bake in oven for 55-65 minutes or until edges are puffed and center
is set. To serve, top with whipped topping.
