Pumpkin Chiffon
1 prebaked pie shell
1 pkg. Dream Whip
1 cup canned pumpkin (unsweetened)
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
2/3 cup canned evaporated milk (not sweetened)
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
Prepare Dream Whip according to the directions on the package and
put in refrigerator. Put all other ingredients in a large mixing
bowl and beat with electric beater till thoroughly mixed.
Remove from mixer and fold in Dream Whip. Fold into prepared pie
shell and refrigerate. Best if made a day ahead.
