Pumpkin Chiffon Pie

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp ginger
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3/4 c milk
2 egg yolks, slightly beaten
1 c pumpkin puree
2 egg whites
1/4 c sugar
1/2 c whipping cream
1 graham cracker pie crust, 9"

Combine gelatin, sugar, salt, and spices. Stir in milk, egg yolks
and pumpkin. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture boils.
Chill. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff. Fold into pumpkin
mixture. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill. Serve with
whipped cream.
